Kathleen A. DeJohn, Family Service Advisor,
Administrative Services Manager
Kathy is a graduate of Ursuline College with a degree
in Business Administration/Marketing and received her Master’s degree from Case
Western Reserve University in Organization Development & Analysis. Kathy is
a 20 year Business/Marketing Professional. She oversees administrative functions
at the funeral home and is a Licensed Insurance Agent and Pre-Need Specialist.
She is a member of Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ in Cleveland’s
Tremont neighborhood. Kathy has taught Diversity Management and Appreciative
Inquiry classes for the Professional Development Program at Notre Dame College
in South Euclid. She is Member-at-Large of the Milcreek Community Homeowners
Association, part of the Broadway/Warner/MillCreek Falls
neighborhood.
