    Dear Paul and Family,

Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences at the recent passing of your beloved mother. Though I did not know her personally, she must have been quite a woman to have raised such a nice guy as yourself. May she rest eternally in the loving arms of the Lord. And may He grant you and yours the peace that only He can give at such a difficult time .
