
ARTHUR RICH age 84, beloved husband for 62 years of the late Connie (nee Clovis); loving father of Michael (wife Deborah), Lisa Moses (husband Kenneth) and the late Alan; devoted grandfather of Brian (wife Nicole), Mark, Thomas Allen, Tyler Moses (wife Hannah), and Kaitlyn Moses (partner Amanda Aguilera) and great-grandfather of Austin, Cali, Elise, Miranda, and Marissa; cherished son of the late Arthur Ira and Julia (nee Lachney) Rich; dearest brother of the late Jack, Kenneth (wife Elaine), Evelyn, Ira, Emily, and Julie, dear uncle and great-uncle of many. Survived by his feline companions.
Arthur was born on April 9, 1938 in Cleveland and passed away on May 18, 2022. He lived in Newbury for 65 years, and worked as a maintenance supervisor for Stock Equipment Company in Chagrin Falls. In addition to playing guitar, Arthur enjoyed being outdoors, and he was a member of the Gold Wing Motorcycle Club and the Geauga West Snowmobile Club. He was hardworking and handy and could fix anything, and especially enjoyed riding and working on his John Deere tractor. Arthur was quiet and reserved but with a keen sense of humor, and he will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Arthur to the American Cancer Society.
Graveside service Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1PM at Munn Cemetery, 10220 Music St., Novelty, OH 44072. Arrangements by THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND.
