Dear brother Don,
My heart goes out to you and your family and the church. May our Lord continue to be so real and comforting to you and the family. Jan and I are leaving in the morning to be with our daughter in Richmond, VA. so we won’t be able to come to our sisters home coming celebration. We love you brother Don and share your sorrow with you in Barb’s passing. Lord, be so real to Don and his family during this time!
Love in Christ,
Bill and Jan Pearce

Brother Don,
Bill and I only met you and Barb once at the home meeting in the Lin’s. We were so touched by the love and labor both of you pour into the college kids for the Lord in the Church. I enjoyed the fellowship with Barb that night. Who knew that would be the last time? May the Lord comfort you and your family, even all of us who know you both. The Lord is faithful to carry you through this difficult time and is able to strengthen you according to His might and the riches of His Spirit in His glory.
In Him

My brother Don,
I am standing with you and your family during this time. You all have been on my heart. Our sister has a glorious hope. She is temporally sleeping and one day we will see her again!
At one point during the barbecue at the Lin’s, I was walking up to the food table and she smiled at me. I will never forget that wonderful smile from this dear precious saint.
Your brother

Don, my thoughts and prayers to you and your family at this time. I have such heartfelt memories of our high school days and the cathedral latin gang. Parties, Mentor headlands, friendship. Barb was your soul mate to be sure. My husband Marvin passed away last year so I know the path ahead will be rough. Take your strength from all around you as she will live on in those bonds and hearts. Fond regards, an old friend Kathy
