Maria Jacobs
I just don’t know what to say. I loved Barbara so much. I treasured our lengthy phone calls and lunches at Panera when we had the good fortune of being able to get together. I am so sorry, this is a big loss for everyone.
Rest in glory Barbara, until I see you again.
Cynthia Ganim
My deepest condolences to all! Rest In Peace my dear cousin! Love to all!

Dearest children and grandchildren and extended family of wonderful Barbara,
I knew Barbara through my dearest friend Sharon.
To say Barbara was delightful is such an understatement. Her laugh alone was so infectious and wonderful to hear; to be in her company was such a pleasure and something to look forward to! And she loved you all so much.
I wish you all my heartfelt condolences and love.

I will miss Barb’s smile and laugh the most. She always sent out the “feel good” vibe when she entered any room. I treasured the years when she and Joe lived in California. Miss you cousin….

I remember Mrs. Simone so fondly from growing up in “the neighborhood “ and from seeing her so many times over the years when Tammy and Steve lived next door. Beautiful person inside and out!

Steve and Tammy, Joyce and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. While we did not know Barbara well, we know the son she helped to shape and he is a kind and gentle man. We hope your great memories will sustain you.

Sharon, I have such fond memories of being with you and Val in your house during high school afternoons. Your sweet Mom provided us with home made pita (never better).
Barb was lovely, and so nice, and patient with us.
The last time that we spoke, you mentioned concerns about Doug, I am so sorry for your losses.
I hope you are well..you are special.
Let’s keep in touch

Oh Betsy, thank you so much for reaching out. I am devastated, as I know you know. It’s so difficult. Yes. Within 1 yr,. And 5 months I lost them both. Due to Covid, I could not attend anything for Doug, so being back in Cleveland for Barb was kind of a double whammy. I wish I could have stayed for the reunion but my husband is not well so I had to get back home. I loved the memories you have. How are you and Ken doing? I wrote a really long e mail to you both and the next time I looked I found out you cannot respond to Ken’s e-mails that go to all. I miss you lots and would love to keep in touch. Thanks again. Sharon
