Condolences for the family of “Carol Eber”

Condolence from Lavance Cahill and Abby Kekel on February 25th, 2018 10:59 am

Carol and John were good friends to Will and Lavance cahill for many years. We will always remember her laughter and her hospitality. I remember when we used to have gatherings at the house on ford rd. and when John worked at General Electric with Bob Clarke and my dad and we all used to hang out at the GE picnics.

Condolence from Eric Eber on March 2nd, 2018 9:32 pm

Thanks Abby, those were fun memories at GE

Condolence from Martha Flemming on February 25th, 2018 2:47 pm

We are so saddened to hear of Carol’s passing. She has been a member of the Wednesday morning Bible Study at our church for a long time, and she will be sorely missed by our members. She was intelligent, compassionate, and always insightful into the material that we studied, with much to add to our conversation. We will remember her fondly and also hold in mind that she is now with the Savior Whom she loved so much.

Condolence from Janet Siebarth (Carol’s daughter) on February 26th, 2018 11:19 am

thank you for your kind words. She loved that Bible Study group and would tell me all about it on our Wednesday night phone call. Thank you for walking her journey with her…

You occasionally babysat for me and my brother. I am so sorry to hear of your family’s loss. Your mom was my preschool teacher at Lyndhurst Co-op. SHE was what made that first school experience so fun! I have wonderful memories of it.

There aren’t many people in her “class” of life. She was an absolute gem.

Condolence from Janet Eber Siebarth on March 1st, 2018 5:17 pm

I remember you and your brother. I think he is Jessie? Thank you for your kind words.

Condolence from Sharon Clarke Mullins on March 3rd, 2018 7:39 pm

We are so sorry for the loss of Carol. She was like a second “mom” to me and “grandma” to my kids. Carol was a gem. She had a strong faith and was a lifelong learner and educator. I learned new things from her even on my last visit this past September. She was fun, smart, sweet, funny, and a true example of living like Christ. My mom and Carol were so close…now they are together. They used to both say “Let the Good Times Roll.” That was their “thing.” It is hard in this time of sadness to think about that, but in heaven, they will do that with God and the others.
I am so sorry for your loss, Jan and Eric and families! You are all in my constant thoughts and prayers. Xxxooo
