I am so sorry for your lost, she will be missed

  2. Laura Pirc-Shadowen :

There are just, “NO” words for your family’s loss. I met Carol when they moved in on Goldenrod! We grew up going to the same schools, playing outside, riding bikes, and playing softball in her front yard with her sisters and dad, while her mom watched and giggled at us. We lost contact after high school but found each other through FaceBook. For the past 5+ yrs. we have been playing “Words with Friends” and messengered each other quite often. She was indeed a special person who adored her family and fought the ultimate battle against cancer. God bless you all during this time of sorrow, but know you have an ANGEL watching over each and every one of you, and that she is now at peace.

  3. Bonnie and Gary Sneed :

Sending loving thoughts to family members as we mourn the loss of a sweet cousin. May happy and cherished memories get you through these difficult times.

  4. Kathy(Adams)Barker and Family :

My prayers and thoughts are with you. She will surely be missed. There are so many memories
I reflect back on when Susie and I got invited to Aunt Evie and uncle Carls, to stay for a few days
My thoughts run from going to ball games with her. To my favorite, our regular walk to D Q.
She even took me to one of her college classes and then put me to work handing out Bingo cards to raise money for the college or something
But the most precious moment, (sorry to make you cry) was when she and her daughter along with sister Cindy and cousin Linda showed up to see Susie at the hospice center in Columbus
That act of kindness and compassion will forever be in my heart and the joy of knowing that she is in the present of our loving Father and his Son
Let alone her mom and dad and my beloved sister Susie. I will bet you, (Cindy can testify to this) that the three of them will be staying up all night in the kitchen talking to the wee hours of the morning like they did when we came to visit.
May God grant you peace and keep you in his tender loving arms
    Forever in our hearts

  5. Dear Cathi and family. I am so sorry to hear about Carol. I have many memories of all of our softball days together with you guys and your parents. I wanted to attend funeral but have time conflicts. Sending hugs and prayers your way. Lisa Ryan
