ELAINE PATRICIA NICOLLI (nee Castro), 74, passed away July 16, 2023. Beloved wife for 39 years to the late David A., dearest mother of Jason (Melissa), Tony (Heather) and the late David (Katie – deceased), loving grandmother of Hayden, Luca, Anthony, Ella and Avery, cherished aunt and Big “E” to Stephanie (Gary), Natalie (Ian), Darren (Marianne), Julianna, Olivia, Michael, Ray (Lori), Mackenzie, Sydney, Nicholas, Eric (Jodie), Fox, Cy and A.J., devoted daughter of the late Dominic and Helen (nee Schuerger) Castro, treasured sister of the late Donald Castro (Chris), special cousin to Nancy Calafato, dear cousin and friend to many.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 21, 2023, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11 AM. Burial following in Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Elaine at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) THURSDAY 3-7 PM.

So sorry for your loss. Even though I didn’t see Elaine (Godmother) much after we moved to NC, I thought of her often. As a child I feel we have a lot of memories with the family and will think of those often. Much love and prayers to the kids.
