We are especially looking forward to Kathy sharing stories from the history of Lake View Cemetery as well,” said Ross DeJohn III, President & COO, DeJohn-FLynn-Mylott Funeral Homes.
Kathy Goss will share “Lake View Cemetery, Your Grounds for Life at 150 Years Old” and Dan Ruminski will share “Favorite Stories from Millionaires Row ~ Funeral Service and Burial Traditions.”

As President & CEO of Lake View Cemetery, Kathy Goss is enriched in the history of Cleveland and the many unique historical sites and famous people buried on its grounds from James A. Garfield to John D. Rockefeller and the Wade Memorial Chapel.
Dan Ruminski was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Pepper Pike, Ohio. Motivated by his passion and the response he is experiencing to his talks, Dan continues to research Cleveland history, specifically the families of Millionaire’s Row and their contribution to Cleveland’s greatness during the years 1875-1929. He also has new insights on the history of funeral services and burial traditions.
Wine and heavy hors d’oeuvres served 6-7PM. Presentations begin at 7PM.
Our 150th anniversary event is free to attend though RSVP is requested.
