Dear Ross and Bob,
Now that family and friends have returned to their homes, I wanted to take a few minutes to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff for all of the help in getting me, my children and grandchildren through an incredibly painful time.
Once the children and I made our initial visit to make preparations for visiting hours and the burial service, we did not have to worry about anything. With your help, every detail was attended to with perfection. We knew where we had to be and when. After the many hours at the hospital, we were physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted. In our grief, we could not begin to have thought of all the details you guided us through. We were all very grateful.
By inquisitive conversation, you grasped the essence of Tony Ruggeri in a wonderful obituary. The family has received many compliments – even those who only knew our children commented that they felt they knew Tony after reading his obituary.
Erin kindly helped my daughter Cynthia with the video, a montage of photos that were enjoyed by everyone who visited the funeral home to pay their respects. Erin also did such a nice job on the family collage that was given to visitors.
The framed 8 x 10 version of the family collage was such a surprise and is so special to me!!
Thank you so much for the DVD copies that Erin reproduced for us. It is a cherished memory of a gentle man missed by so many and a life well-lived.
Please pass our thanks onto your staff for all they did to help us through this difficult journey.
With sincere gratitude,
Rita Ruggeri and family
