JAMES E. ELLACOTT age 80, beloved husband for 34 years of Sharon (nee Gillam); loving father of Laura Graham (Kevin), Tami Barbarotta (James), Kari Kroll (Mitch); treasured stepfather of Anthony (Lorrie), Jeff and Chris Agresta (Lorie); devoted grandfather of Ashley, Austin, and Alec Graham, Amanda Harris (Patrick), Danielle, Marissa and Mackenzi Stark, Evan and Katie Kuckelheim, Aaron (Anneliese), Celeste, Micah (Lauren), Sarah, Alex, Jacob, and Megan Agresta and great-grandfather of Adelynn and Austin Agresta; cherished son of the late Robert and Thelma (nee Mizer); dear brother, uncle and great-uncle of many.

James Ellacott was born on August 6, 1938 in Cleveland and died September 12, 2018. He was born and raised in Warrensville Heights and later moved to Mayfield Heights where he lived for over 30 years. He graduated from Warrensville Heights High School. James joined the National Guard and later worked as a foreman for Nook Industries. He loved listening to old music with his headphones on. Riding motorcycles, fishing, boating, and working on old cars gave James the most enjoyment in life. Before he was sick he traveled to the Grand Canyon, rode on his motorcycle through the New England states, rode on his boat and took train rides out west. James was a great husband, father and grandfather. He was a quiet loving man who was very helpful and handy. He will be greatly missed.
