JASON F. FURCSIK, age 38.  Cherished son of Vivian (nee Vance) Furcsik and Kenneth Furcsik; loving brother of Michael (Erika) Furcsik; dearest grandson of Christine and the late Charles Vance and the late Frank and Melba Furcsik; nephew and cousin to many.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jason at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91), SATURDAY, DECEMBER 8 FROM 2 – 6 P.M. with a closing service at 5:30 P.M.  Cremation to follow.  Private burial of cremains.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The Ed Keating Center, 2121 W. 117th St., Cleveland, OH 44111
