  2. Maureen Silver :

    Dear Gayle and family,

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Jeff was a force of nature and will be missed. Everything said about him is true.. intelligent, funny, smart and generous. I will always remember when I first met Jeff through JB Dollar. I was a bit intimidated by him. As time passed, I learned how important his family and friends were to him and how deep his love and loyalty were for both. And his generosity was inspiring. He was both strong and kind. I learned a lot from him and will miss him. May your memories and memories like mine shared with you, comfort you and your family as you grieve.

    My deepest sympathy,
    ~Maureen Silver

  3. Tom and Jo Anne Ulepic :

  4. Dear Gayle –
In the 1960’s the Pitrone and McGrath families would “trade” annual trips to Cleveland and Sacketts Harbor. I remember Jeff as the “ringleader” of the Pitrones, always off to some adventure. We had a great time taking the Rapid to see the Indians play at Lakefront Stadium. He will be missed.
May God grant you courage in this difficult time, and peace in the years ahead.

  5. Gayle and family, I was deeply saddened to learn of Jeff’s passing. I have been serving Jeff his morning cup of “mud” at Willoughby Starbucks , almost every day, for 16 years. He was like an extended part of my family, and very dear to my heart. Today, and all days going forward, I will miss his warm smile in the morning. He was a special man, and I’m so glad to have known him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you find comfort and strength in knowing how special he was to so many people.

  6. Dan and Candyce Traci :

Our thoughts and prayers your way Gayle. Hustling home to be with you. Much love and many hugs

  7. Jeanne Walczak :

Deepest Heartfelt Condolences to Gayle and Family,

I remember attending your wedding (would have been mid 70’s as I recall). Gayle, do you remember the citrus tree I gave you and Jeff as a gift? My thoughts and prayers are with you. So very sorry.

  8. To the Pitrone Family, I’m so very sorry for your loss. Jeff taught me quite a bit about business. He was a very fair and to the point kinda of guy. He will be missed.

  9. I met Jeff and all the Pitrone family in the winter of “59” on Wilson Mills Rd. The years I spent working at Pete’s MayLynd (Pete’s Pandemonium Parlor) and with the family remain a slice of Heaven I could never have planned. Gayle, I met you at the gas pumps sitting next to Jeff in that blue 59 Plymouth. My best regards and thoughts to you and yours.

  10. Gayle and Patrick and Jessica and family
I just heard about Jeff and want to send
    You all our condolence

To Gayle and the Pitrone and Haddad clan we reach out to you in this time of loss while also cherishing all the times that Jeff took us into his fold and shared his kindness and truth with us. His candor was very refreshing as well as challenging, always welcoming. We are sorry we cannot attend your Celebration of life but know that we are with you all in spirit.
