This news has been overwhelmingly sad for David Read and me. Our hearts go out to the whole family. May Joe rest in peace while watching over his grieving widow and children. :-(. To our dear friends, Mike and Wendy, we’re sending long distance hugs as you help Mel and the kids carry on.

I am so sad that I’m just finding out about Joe’s passing…once he moved from the Monticello IN area, I lost touch with him. He was one of the nicest people I had ever met. He was so nice that some people around here took advantage of him. But anyways, I hope that the family is doing as good as possible. All my love and best wishes to the family, always…
