
JOSEPH N. FARHAT age 74, beloved husband for 47 years of Hiam (nee Tannous); loving father of Kathy Lekic (husband Bobi), Karan Rohfeld (husband Joel), Paul, and Leslie; devoted grandfather of Benjamin, Luke, Emilia, Paige, and Camden; cherished son of the late Nasr and Wadia (nee Mitri); dearest brother of Sami, Samir, Simon, and Najat; treasured brother-in-law of Bechara and Zeina Tannous, and Tony and Lena Tannous; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.
Joseph was born in Bab Mareh, Lebanon on December 15, 1944 and passed away on October 21, 2019. He was a resident of Highland Heights for 30 years, formerly of Lyndhurst. Joseph was the hard-working owner-operator of a Marathon gas station. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and he lived for his family. Joseph was strong-willed, but also very funny and witty. He will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Joseph to St. Maron Church. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10AM at St. Maron Catholic Church, 1245 Carnegie Ave. Cleveland.
