To the entire family ,
It was a privilege to know and be friends with Joe for the couple years I had. There are some people in this life whom make a lasting impression and teach you humility and humbleness and do it with a smile. Joe always had a firm handshake every single day for me and made sure to tell me he appreciated me. It says something of a person who takes the time to check on the human condition without asking for anything in return but a friend to listen. Joe always asked about me , my wife my kids and made sure that I was doing well. He was observant of details and always asked how he could help me. Every day he would make sure that everyone else was situated before himself and would make time for conversation as if you were the most important person in his life for the moment. We talked about everything from having daughters to the great war and how life is what you make it. Nothing was ever down or bad when you talked to Joe. He was friendly with everyone who knew him and treated all of us exactly the same. Always positive and always good for a laugh or a joke. I firmly believe God puts people on this planet like Joe to give us guidance and direction and I am a better person for having crossed paths with Joe and his family. I am proud to speak of the friendship I have had with Joe and have learned more about the human condition through him. Thank you Joe,
Proudly your friend
