Linda was a saint! She cared so much for her family. She was the leader in her household; she worked, made dinner, took care of her children, took them to all their sporting events, and took care of both her parents and her in-laws in their time of need. She always checked in with us (the Simer’s in Texas) even though we were so far away. She will be greatly missed!

What a dear, sweet, wonderful woman the world has lost. Linda was all about giving. Whatever anyone needed, she was there to listen, assist, offer advice if asked, hold a hand, offer a hug, just be there. We worked together for close to 30 years, and she was a wonderful co-worker and most importantly the dearest of friends. As part of her Reliance benefits “family” – because that’s what we were – we saw her through the birth of both Brian and Brent, which she delivered on their respective due dates no less! And when we traveled on business, she always made sure you “boys” had dinner ready to be heated up (I have her famous macaroni and cheese recipe). And Brian and Brent — she would NEVER miss one of your sporting events – we just had to work around that.
Bob, Brian, Brent – you have lost your wife and mother, and my best friend as well as yours. She has left an indelible mark on us and we are all better for it. My prayers are with you. And paraphrased, may the Lord bless you and keep you…shine his light upon you…and give you peace.
