Lynn C. Lee (nee Stella), 58, passed peacefully on Sunday morning, June 28, 2015, at her home in the company of her loving family. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Colin; daughter, Nicole (Jordan MacPherson); parents, James and Nancy Stella; sisters, Lori, Lisa (Christopher Gray), and Leslie (Christopher Molnar). She was a beloved aunt and a cherished friend.
Lynn was born in Chesterland, Ohio, and attended Notre Dame Academy. For over 20 years, she worked on behalf of the arts, the disabled, and the ill at the Art Therapy Studio of Cleveland in management and administration. A firm believer in the power of art to restore, make whole, and heal those who are suffering, Lynn herself was an enthusiastic painter and multimedia artist. She loved gardening, flowers, Walt Disney World, and most of all, her family and friends. She is remembered for her creativity, her unfailing optimism in her battle with cancer, and above all, her generosity of spirit and infinite kindness.
Visitation is Tuesday, June 30, at DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of South Euclid, 4600 Mayfield Rd., from 5:00-8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 1, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment following in Knollwood Cemetery.
