Our family’s favorite memory of Mrs. Hiti is a testament to her baking skills!
Our families would exchange cookies at the holidays…. Mrs. Hiti sent over her peanut butter cookies with the Hershey kiss in the middle. My daughter took one bite and exclaimed, “These are the best cookies I’ve ever eaten! Needless to say it was game on for my Mom to find a new favorite cookie!!
