Anita A. Dagostino

ANITA A. DAGOSTINO (nee Parsons) age 74, went home to be with Jesus, our Lord and Savior surrounded by her family Tuesday May 29, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin M. Loving mother of Lauren D. Suster (husband Christopher), Pamela S. and Ben. Devoted grandmother of Melissa Shoupe, Christopher Suster (wife Lindsay), Alexander Shoupe, Benjamin and Meghan Suster. Cherished daughter of the late Veron and Mildred (nee McNish) Parsons. Dear sister of Veron Parsons (wife Celia). Anita’s life was a miracle. At age 12, her tiny frame beleaguered by Polio, she was never supposed to walk again. In His great mercy, the Lord healed Anita, such that she recovered the use of her legs again. And boy, did she walk! An overwhelming sense of thankfulness permeated every facet of her life. Viewing her life as a gift from Christ, Anita devoted her life to blessing other people as a fragrant, lovely offering.

Celebration of Life Service in Anita’s memory will take place on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 11 AM at Parkside Church, 7100 Pettibone Rd., Chagrin Falls, OH 44023. Private burial at Chardon Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Anita at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) THURSDAY 3-5 & 6-8 PM.
