ANTHONY P. STARC, 65, of Lansing, MI passed away February 19, 2016 at the Montefiore Home in Beachwood, OH. Husband of thirty years to the late Madalyn; step-father of Kathy Woods, Darrel and Marc Oden; son of Anne and Tony Starc (both deceased) and brother of Nancy (Michael) Lambo and Donna (Robert) Juhasz.

Private family services will be held.
