Beverly Padegimas

BEVERLY A. PADEGIMAS (nee Cermak) age 89, beloved wife for 52 years of Peter; loving mother of Laurie Morro (husband Brian, deceased) and Lynn Tegowski (husband Marty); devoted grandmother of Robert J. Wissner (wife Mariah), Ellen Young (husband Sean), Dana Cook (husband Johnny) and twins Deanna Cook (husband Andy) and Erica DuPay (husband Ryan); great-grandmother of Riley, Brennan, Olivia, Amelia, Ella, Declan, Edison, and Everly; cherished daughter of the late Elmer and Margaret (nee Soltesz) Cermak..

Beverly was born October 27, 1934, in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Holy Name High School in 1952. She would later begin a career as a dental professional at the CWRU School of Dental Medicine. Beverly was a member of the Cleveland Opera Association and had a love for classical music. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, sewing, and was a lover of the arts. 

Beverly liked to travel, especially by cruise, and visited China, Turkey, France and other parts of Europe. Beverly never knew a stranger and was known for being spunky, chatty, generous, having a great sense of humor and always carrying a Louis Vuitton bag. Beverly passed away on August 22, 2024, and will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all those who knew her.

Prayers of Christian Burial Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 11 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Private burial following at Maple Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Beverly at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) TUESDAY 10 AM - 11 AM.
