age 81, beloved husband for 52 years of Cheryl (nee Wolfe); loving father of Brent (wife Cheryl) and Brad "BJ" (wife Mary-Scott); devoted grandfather of Brent, Lilly, Rosalie, Biagio and Bowen; cherished son of the late Joseph S. and Rosemary (nee Lerro); dearest brother of the late Joanne Feudo (husband Vince, deceased); dear brother-in-law of Linda and Jim Spotz; treasured uncle, great-uncle and friend of many.

Mass of Christian Burial TUESDAY, September 23, 2025 at St Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at Whitehaven Memorial Park 615 SOM Center Rd. Mayfield Village, OH 44143. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Blase at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) MONDAY 4-7 PM.
