Brian J. Jackson

August 27, 1938 — February 11, 2024

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Brian Jackson who departed from this world on February 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving children Bob, Nancy, Jan, and Steve. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and cherished memories that will forever be etched in our hearts.

Brian was born August 27, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Peter and Delia (nee O’Neill) Jackson. Dearest brother of Celine (Frank, deceased) Burger, MaryLou (Santos) Malave, Richard (Patricia) Jackson, and the late Bud and Eugene (Suzanne) Jackson; dear uncle and great-uncle of many. Brian was proud of his Irish heritage and his gentle demeanor, sharing stories from his youth, imparting words of wisdom, all had a profound impact on those who knew him.

Brian was a devoted husband of 46 years of the late Marilyn (nee Stevens), a loving father of Brian Jackson, Richard Jackson, Connie Barnhart, Bob (Helen) Searles, Steven Jackson, Nancy (Albert) Santilli, and Jan (Glen) Pawlak; cherished grandfather of Michelle (Brett), Albert III, Shannon (Nate), Robert (Sarah), Brenden (Kelly), Owen, Caitlynn, and Lauren and great-grandfather of Natalie, Marissa, Albert IV, Brynn, Keelynn, Avynn, Nathan, Sadie, and Robert.

His grandchildren meant everything to him, and he took great pride in watching them grow and succeed. Throughout his life, Brian was passionate about gardening, fishing and baseball and he found joy sharing these activities with his grandchildren.

In addition to his family and hobbies, Brian was deeply committed to his work at Bailey Controls, his work ethic unparalleled, earning him both respect and admiration.

Although Brian may no longer be with us his stories of love and memories will continue in the generations to  come.
