Brian R. Jeffries

BRIAN R. JEFFRIES, age 68; father of Renee Landau (Christopher) and twins Caitlin and the late Mark; cherished son of the late Howard and Elizabeth (née Sisko) Jeffries; dear brother of Francis "Howie" and Kevin (Cheryl); former husband of Kathleen (née Gaffney); uncle and great-uncle of many.

Brian was born on November 12, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Howard and Elizabeth. He graduated from Brush High School and soon after began his career as an auto mechanic. To those who knew him, he was far more than a mechanic - he was a true mechanical genius with an unmatched ability to diagnose, rebuild, and restore anything. There was never a project too complex or a challenge too great for him to take on.

He dedicated many years to Aable Rents, where he was respected for his reliability, skill, and unwavering work ethic. His coworkers admired not only his knowledge, but also the pride he took in doing things the right way. That same standard carried into every aspect of his life. Whether rebuilding engines, restoring vintage cars, riding his motorcycle, or fixing something for a friend or family member, Brian approached everything with precision and determination.

Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, listening to rock and roll, and relaxing on Sundays while watching Browns games. He was known for his perfectionism, quiet strength, and unmistakable dry sense of humor.

Brian passed away on February 24, 2026. His resilience, determination, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on those who knew him.
