CARMEN T. MONTELLO, aged 81 years, dearly beloved husband for 55 years to Rosemarie (nee Petti), loving father of John (wife Kathy), Thomas, Joseph (wife Terry) and Gina, cherished grandfather of Courtney, Justin, Christina, Amanda and Johnny, devoted son of the late John and Josephine (nee Fana), treasured brother of Salvatore (deceased) (wife Madeline “Madge”), fond uncle and great-uncle. Mr. Montello was the founder of Carmen’s Draperies, a member of Quiet Birdmen, member of the Civil Air Patrol and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Carmen are suggested to a charity of your choice. Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, Ohio at 10:00 AM. Following the burial with Military Honors in Knollwood Cemetery, the family will receive friends at Alfredo’s At The Inn, 780 Beta Dr., Mayfield Village.
