Carol Ann Jugan

CAROL ANN JUGAN (nee Treat), aged 61 years, beloved daughter of Ann (nee Dido) and the late Harry R. Treat, dearest sister of Cathy Marcus (husband Daniel), loving aunt of Sarah and Michelle Marcus. Carol was a surgical nurse at Lakewood Hospital, retiring after 30 years of service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Carol suggested to Montefiore Palliative and Hospice Care Program, One David Myers Parkway, Beachwood, Ohio 44122. Private family services were held. Arrangements entrusted to DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID.
