Celia Toth-Baynes

CELIA ANN TOTH-BAYNES (nee DiMarco) age 77, beloved wife of the late James Andrew Toth and of the late Denton Joseph Baynes; loving mother of Lisa O’Connell (husband Randall) and Tracy Toth; devoted grandmother of Kennedy and Kerrigan O’Connell; cherished daughter of the late Benjamin and Ann (nee Prebihilo) DiMarco; dearest sister of twin Frank DiMarco (wife Laura, deceased), the late Michael DiMarco (wife Patricia), and John DiMarco (wife Terri); dearest aunt of Tina, Benjamin, Danielle, Michael and Frank DiMarco Jr., Tara and Scott Baran, Vincent, Lauren, John Jr., Lindsey DiMarco, and the late Valerie Houlihan; great-aunt, cousin, and friend of many.

Celia was born June 11, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Bedford High School in 1966 and went on to work as an office manager. Celia was a Cleveland sports fan and enjoyed traveling, especially Las Vegas and the casinos, shopping, and was a fabulous cook. She was a strong-willed and tenacious spirit, known for her determination and resilience. Most of all, Celia was a selfless and loving caretaker with a soft spot for her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her great devotion to her family.

Relatives and friends are requested to meet for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rita’s Catholic Church, 32820 Baldwin Rd, Solon, OH 44139, Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 12 PM. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory.  Burial will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 1:00 at All Saints Cemetery, 480 W. Highland Rd., Northfield, OH 44067. Please meet at the entrance of the cemetery (with a reception following- location to be announced). Arrangements entrusted to the DEJOHN FUNERAL HOMES & CELEBRATIONS CENTER.
