Christopher Smith

CHRISTOPHER JAY SMITH was raised in Munster, Indiana, and graduated from Indiana University in 1992, where he joined the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and met his wife, Jennifer, of 28 years.  Jennifer and Chris built a beautiful marriage and family in Bainbridge Township, Ohio where they have resided for over 21 years, with their three children Carson, Baylor, and Ramsey.  Chris was a devoted husband and father to the family he loved more than life itself.  He was 51 years old when he was called to his heavenly home on October 21, 2021.

Chris and Jennifer’s Christian faith was of paramount importance in their marriage and family.  A faith that they readily shared with their children as they shepherded them along in their walk with Christ. The family worshipped regularly at Fellowship Bible Church in Bainbridge.

Jennifer and her children invite you to celebrate Chris’s life on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Crystal Brook Farm, 19000 Snyder Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio.  They will be receiving family and friends between the hours of 1:00 to 4:00.  At 2:30, there will be a brief time of encouragement and prayer.

Gifts in memory of Chris can be given to the college fund recently established for his three children at Edward Jones.
