Corinne A. Wolenski

CORINNE A. WOLENSKI (nee Karwoski) age 76, beloved wife for 53 years of Kenneth; loving mother of Lorinne “Lori” Chatkewitz (husband Alex), Kenneth Jr. (wife Chandra Barnett), Jennifer Wolenski and Kathleen Ayres (husband Marty); devoted grandmother of Jasmine, Jessica, and Kenny Wolenski, Ava Ayres, Dylan Chatkewitz and Adrian Ayres; cherished daughter of the late John and EvaDell (nee Vickroy) Karwoski; dear sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt. Survived by her canine companions Sophia and Petie and her feline companion Lilly.

Corinne was born on November 16, 1945 in Painesville and passed away on April 6, 2022. She was a resident of Euclid since 1976, formerly residing in South Euclid. Corinne graduated from Brush High School in 1963 and was the Director of Child Care for Euclid YMCA. She was a parishioner since 1976 of Ss. Robert & William Catholic Church where she was a member of Marriage Encounter. Corinne loved animals, or fur babies as she fondly called them. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed collecting elephants. Corinne will be remembered most for her strong presence and her love of her family and her pets. She was reserved but had a great sense of humor. Corinne was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was devoted to her pets and her faith. She will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Corinne to the Cleveland Animal Protective League.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, April 11, 2022 at Ss. Robert and William Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Corinne at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) SUNDAY 3-6 PM.
