CENTRACKIO DAISY F. CENTRACKIO (nee Fena) age 88. Longtime resident of Highland Heights. Beloved wife of the late Armond J. Devoted mother of Mrs. George Polasko (Donna Jo), Mrs. Joseph Miskevics (Debra), and Armond Dean (Karen Orlando). Dear sister of the late Joseph and Sam Fena. Loving grandmother of Anthony, Jillian, Katelyn, Carmen, Andrew, Joseph, Gina, Bryan, and Allan.

A Funeral Mass to celebrate Daisy’s life will be held Tuesday 10:00 A.M. at St. Paschal Baylon Church, PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment All Souls Cemetery. The family will receive friends at THE DEJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME 28890 Chardon Road Willoughby Hills., (between Bishop and Rte. 91). on Monday from 4-8 P.M. Family requests memorials in Daisy’s name be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St. Clair Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44110-2602.
