Darlene D. Brokamp

DARLENE D. BROKAMP (nee Palmer) age 40. Beloved wife for 15 years of Tony. Loving mother of Madeline Rose, Jonah Anthony, Kendra Noelle and Gabriel Emerson. Cherished daughter of Alice (nee Tabudlong) and David Templeton. Devoted sister of Sharron and Sally Palmer. Dearest daughter-in-law of Robert A. and Virginia Brokamp and granddaughter-in-law of Alice Brokamp. Dear niece, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Darlene resided in Richmond Heights and previously in Dayton Ohio. She was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church and was committed to her duties in PTU and on lunch duty. Darlene graduated from the University of Dayton and was a purchaser for Flight Options. She was a good cook and enjoyed camping and her time as a tutor in college. Her greatest joy in life came from her four children and her family remembers Darlene as an energetic, giving person who was full of spirit.

Contributions may be made in Darlene’s memory for her children’s college education to “Blackrock College Advantage” c/o FMS 9050 Sweet Valley Dr., Valley View, OH 44125.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 3, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church 140 Richmond Rd, Euclid, OH 44143. Interment will be private at St. Joseph Cemetery, Columbus, OH. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Darlene at the Church on Sunday, January 2, 2011 from 3-7 PM.
