Donna P. Spencer

Donna P. Spencer (78), lovingly known as Dee-Dee, passed away on December 31, 2025, in her Euclid home, surrounded by family. She is survived by her devoted husband of fifty-five years, Kevin Paul Spencer; her three children: Natasha (Dann Witczak), Samantha, and Zachary; her grandson, Ollie Witczak; her brother, Gregory Potulski (Beth Telich); her goddaughter and niece, Tara Knisely (Evan); her nephew, Trevor Potulski (Lauren); her grandnephew and grandnieces: Madden, Leighton- her birthday twin, and Rooney Potulski; her cousin and best friend, Ustine Barsdaitis; her cousin, Tony Serksnis and many others.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary (nee Herasuta) Potulski; her father, Marion Potulski; her great-aunt, Julia Herasuta; and her grandson, Kenan Spencer Witczak.

Donna's achievements included serving as Cleveland East High's Valedictorian, Class of 1966, and studying political science at Kent State University. She was an avid reader, a swift political debater, a witty storyteller, and a lifelong lover of sports and the arts. She proudly worked for a decade as a precinct election judge and found a passion for gardening with Kevin, transforming their yard into a summer oasis.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Donna Sunday, January 4, 2026, at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) from 2-4 PM.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 4 PM.

The family welcomes their family and friends to join them for a repast at the funeral home immediately following the memorial service.
