Eugene Sterle

Eugene G. Sterle, 87, of Highland Hts. passed away April 10, 2016 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Hts.

Mr. Sterle was a contract administrator for the Illuminating Company and retired after 44 years of service. He was a US Navy veteran and a member of the Euclid Veteran’s Club.

He is survived by his wife Joanne (nee Petrich); sons Gene and Michael (wife Audrey); grandchildren Brittni and Charles; siblings Edward, Mitzi Loftus and Pauline Lukash. Preceded in death by his parents John and Mary(Hrovat) Sterle and siblings Loretta Zust, John, Richard and Leonard.

Family will receive friends 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Zevnik-Cosic Funeral Home 28890 Chardon Rd. Willoughby Hills, OH where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. followed by burial in All Souls Cemetery.
