Eugene Leo Wiemels

EUGENE LEO WIEMELS, aged 94 years, beloved husband of 65 years to Marjorie (nee Freiburg), dear father of Pauline Mount (Dan), Joseph (Iris), Anne Ourand (John), Elizabeth Riot (Vincent), Richard (Kelly), and the late Colette Mount and Helen Wiemels, loving grandfather of 13, preceded in death by his brothers, Jack and Neal. 

Eugene was a graduate of Our Lady of Angels School, St. Ignatius High School, and John Carroll University. He served in the United States Army and worked in the electrical engineering field. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Gesu Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID.
