MD (wife Clarke) of Cleveland Hts, OH, Carol S. of Lyndhurst, OH and the late Barbara A.; loving grandfather of Hugh J., IV and Craig Leslie, Leslie, Timothy and Chelsea Richards, Olivia and William Leslie. U.S. Navy Veteran, Korean Conflict.

The Interment will be private at Lake View Cemetery. A Memorial Service will take place in mid August with an announcement to follow.
