Jim was born in Cleveland on January 3, 1959 and graduated from Brush High School in 1977. He went on to create D'Alessandro Landscaping, which he proudly owned and operated for over 40 years.
Jim spent his free time grilling and smoking barbeque, cruising the Caribbean with his brothers and family, and spending time with his grandchildren. He loved classic rock, Chevy Corvettes, and Cleveland sports. He was a longtime season ticket holder of the Cleveland Browns. Jim was a strong supporter of cancer research and walking for The Gathering Place and Light the Night.
His greatest joy was spending time with his family, whether hosting parties, attending family gatherings, or showing up to every single special event in his children's and grandchildren's lives. Jim's devotion to his family was unmatched and his grandchildren were everything to him.
Jim leaves behind a legacy of honesty, generosity, humor and patience, and he will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
