KAMINSKI (nee Zajac), age 94,  beloved wife for 62 years to the late George F., dear mother of Richard Kaminski and Carolyn Gilbert (husband Stuart), cherished sister of the late Lillian Radecki (husband Ernest), Bruno Zajac (wife Dorothy) and Evelyn Hudyka (husband Edward), loving aunt and grand-aunt.
