Jeanette Burand

JEANETTE M. BURAND (nee Cerny) age 74, beloved wife for 46 years of Richard; loving mother of Erin Hack (husband James) and Robert; devoted grandmother of Lillian Hack; cherished daughter of the late Robert and Marie (nee Bures) Cerny; dearest sister of the late Thomas Cerny.

Jeannette was born on October 8, 1950, in Cleveland, Ohio, where she remained a lifelong resident. After graduating from Bedford High School in 1968, Jeanette continued her education at Cleveland State University. For many years, she served as an Administrative Assistant in charge of medical supply purchases within nursing homes. Jeanette loved her family and being a mother, which came easy due to her generous, patient, giving, and nurturing ways. On January 1, 2025, Jeanette passed away leaving her family and friends missing her offbeat sense of humor.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.
