John L. Novish

May 9, 1956 — March 25, 2024

JOHN LESLIE NOVISH age 67, son of the late John C. and Sophia (nee Mudrak); brother of Alan (Diane), Janice (Brad) Bestgen, and Christopher (Debbie); uncle of Adam, Brett (Ashley), and Chris (Michelle).

John was born on May 9, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio and remained a lifelong resident of the area. He proudly worked for the South Euclid United States Post Office before earning his retirement. As a skilled guitarist and singer, John was a member of several bands and performed at many local venues. He enjoyed living in the Cleveland area and was a true fan of the Cleveland Sports teams. On March 25, 2024, John passed away. His family and friends will forever cherish his ability to trust, love, and show kindness to everyone he met.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of John at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 10AM – 12NOON.

A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 12NOON.

Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.
