JOHN MICHAEL VIROSTEK, age 66, passed away peacefully Saturday August 1, 2009; beloved husband for 40 years of Charlene A. (nee Ardire); loving father of Michelle Leonetti (husband Paul), Michael and the late Philip; devoted grandfather of Anthony and Angelina Leonetti; cherished son of the late John M, Sr. and Genevieve (nee Bowser); dearest brother of Jean, Barbara Lambert (husband Lonnie), Barry (wife Lucille), Gloria Hutchinson (husband Patrick), Veronica Dauerman (husband Paul) and the late MaryKay Shetler (husband Robert); treasured son-in-law of the late Philip and Angela (nee Manzo) Ardire; dear nephew, cousin, uncle, great-uncle and friend of many. Longtime employee of Sears Roebuck and Brush High School. U.S. Army Veteran during Vietnam Era and member of the American Legion.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at St. Clare Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Interment All Souls Cemetery.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of John at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 from 6-8 and Wednesday, August 5, 2009 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
