Judith A. Nainiger

JUDITH A. NAINIGER (nee Gron) age 81, beloved wife for 61 years of James; loving mother of Karen Malcolm (husband David), Kevin, Kristen Bobes (husband Tyler), and the late Kathleen; devoted grandmother of Ian Malcolm, Makenzie Nainiger, Bridger, Lachlan, and Margaret Bobes; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Angela (nee Bukovik) Gron; dearest sister of Gary Gron (wife Kristy), Susan Kascak (husband Thomas – deceased), and Nancy Powell (husband William); dear sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt of many.

Judy was born on June 5, 1940 and passed away on February 4, 2022. She lived in Euclid and was a member of St. Paschal Baylon Church since 1972, where she and her husband were involved in Pre-Cana and Marriage Encounters. Judy graduated from Regina High School in 1958, and attended Notre Dame College. She worked as a circulation supervisor for the Mayfield Regional Library. Judy was a woman of great faith, frequently praying the rosary and novenas. Judy also enjoyed cooking, playing bridge and pinochle, and following the Cleveland Indians. She kept active by walking five miles a day, playing tennis, dancing, and bowling. Judy was social and hospitable, with a great sense of humor. She loved attending and planning parties and was always warm, welcoming, and loving. She was devoted to her faith and family and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, February 10, 2022 at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Judy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 3-7 PM.
