Karleen A. Burns

On December 26, 2023, Karleen A. Burns, passed away at the age of 86. Karleen was born on September 4, 1937 in Cleveland, Ohio to Rita (nee Gusdanovic) Voak and Dr. Richard B. Robrock. She received a B.A. from Ursuline College and worked briefly in the microbiology department of the Cleveland Clinic. Karleen was a registered nurse and worked for many years at Veterans’ Administration hospitals.

Karleen loved horses and riding and was an avid pianist. She was preceded in death by her mother Rita (nee Gusdanovic) Voak and stepfather, Asa F. Voak. She is survived by her two sons, Jeffrey P. Burns of Washington, D.C. and Dr. J. Bradley Burns of Cleveland, Ohio and a brother, Richard B. Robrock III of Bedminister, NJ.

Funeral services are private.
