KATHLEEN M. KRIESKI (nee Schneider) age 97, beloved wife of the late William; loving mother of William (wife Jenny), Ann Guzauskas (husband George), Eileen Caskovic (husband Philip deceased), George (wife Diana), Kathleen, and the late Maureen; devoted grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of eight; cherished daughter of the late George and Helen (nee Martin) Schneider; dearest sister of the late William Schneider (wife Connie) and Joseph Schneider (wife Beverly, deceased); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Kathleen was born on March 30, 1928, in Cleveland, Ohio. She grew up in University Heights and graduated from Heights High School in 1946. She was proud to have attended Nursing School, raise six children, and later work as a legal secretary. A woman of faith, she was devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary and was a parishioner of Gesu Catholic Church early in life. Later in life, Kathleen was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and provided communion to those unable to attend Mass. To say she was a huge fan of Frank Sinatra would be an understatement. Kathleen enjoyed her time as the president of the Frank Sinatra Fan Club. She also relished swimming, playing Bridge, singing, and dancing. Kathleen was an avid football fan and was passionate about her Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Hospitable and friendly, Kathleen never met a stranger. She loved animals and would take in many strays. Above all things, this Matriarch found delight in family gatherings with those she treasured most. She will be forever missed by all who loved her.

Please meet for a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, November 22, 2025, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, Ohio, at 10AM.

Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Kathleen at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) FRIDAY 5-7PM.
