Kevin Peter Doyle

KEVIN PETER DOYLE age 69; cherished son of the late Robert C. (wife Louise, deceased); devoted brother of Robert C., II (wife Diane); dearest uncle of Katherine Haynik (Brad) and Robert Doyle, III; great-uncle of Aiden and survived by his two feline companions.

Kevin was born in Quincy, MA on February 8, 1952 and passed away peacefully on January 25, 2022 after complications from Covid.  He was a 42-year resident of Lakewood.  Kevin was in the 1970 graduating class of Chagrin Falls High School, and received his Bachelors Degree from Hiram College.  He then went on to work in shipping and logistics at Oregon International Air Freight.  His hobbies included bird watching, looking at stars, watching movies, watching baseball, Cleveland sports, and the Red Sox.  Kevin’s music of choice was rock music.  Activities that brought him the most joy included playing baseball, softball, and Jeopardy over the phone with his friends. He loved eating at Cleveland restaurants and seeing movies at Cedar Lee Cinema and especially enjoyed spending time at the Cleveland Metroparks and historical sites in Cleveland.  Kevin’s family describes him as having a great sense of humor and quick wit.  He dearly loved his cats.  Kevin will be missed by all those that knew him well.
