Louis W. Measor

June 30, 1956 — January 13, 2026

Andover, Ohio

LOUIS W. MEASOR age 69, loving brother of George (Gabby), the late Karyn, Jimmie (Pam), Kathie Betley (Buck deceased), Sharyn Measor (Nick), and Robbie (dear friend Linda Rattini); devoted uncle of Mario Measor, Samantha & Chloe Fielding, and the late Karyn Spanulo; caring great uncle of Alexis Spanulo; cherished son of the late George and Marion (nee Takacs); doting dad to his late feline friends Paradise, Diamond, and Angel.

Louis was born on June 30, 1956, to Marion and George in Cleveland, Ohio. He grew up in Mayfield Heights and later went onto graduate from Mayfield Heights High School. Louis worked making airplane parts for PCC Airfoils before retiring after 30 years of faithful service to the company. One of the first things you’d notice about Louis is that he was a loyal Cleveland Browns fan. He’d make sure to tune in and watch every game year after year, no matter what their record looked like. His home was even themed around the team’s signature colors of Brown, Orange, and White! One of Louis’ major passions in life was his motorcycles, of which he had three that were meticulously maintained. He loved to ride, and if he wasn’t at home he was most likely out on the open road, the hum of his bike’s engine following him wherever he went. Louis was also a talented golfer, winning 1st place in a tournament that was held at Holiday Camplands in Andover. He adored being outdoors and regularly went camping alongside his siblings. Louis had an ear for rock and country music and never missed the yearly 4th of July party where he could show off his cornhole skills. More than anything though, Louis loved his family. His family meant the world to him, and he was always at his best and happiest when he was spending time with them. Louis passed away on January 13th, 2026, surrounded by the people he loved most. He leaves behind a legacy as a great guy with a big heart, who fought hard up until the very end.
