Marjorie M. Bugoci

MARJORIE M. BUGOCI (née Dudas) age 86, beloved wife for 67 years of Robert; loving mother of David (Linda), the late Daniel Robert, M.D., the late Donna, and Darlene Bugoci, M.D. (Tyler Kemmis, M.D.); devoted grandmother of Anthony and Jennifer Bugoci, and Calvin and Connor Kemmis; cherished daughter of the late Victor and Margaret (née Samokar); dearest sister of Joan Kuchta (husband Donald deceased), and Mary Lennerth; dear aunt and friend of many.

Marjorie graduated from the former Hoban Dominican Catholic High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Her love story with Robert began at the school canteen where she told her classmates that she was “going to marry him one day”. Several years later, she did just that, and together they built a home filled with love. Marjorie will always be remembered for her playful spirit that was uniquely her own and her deep devotion to Robert and their children.

Marjorie and Robert made Brecksville their home for the last forty years and were long-time parishioners of St. Basil the Great Catholic Church. She cherished spending time with her beloved sisters and going on family vacations in the Outer Banks in North Carolina. She treasured trips to Disney World with her children and grandchildren and especially enjoyed the “It’s a Small World” attraction. Marjorie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Marjorie to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Family will receive friends Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10-11 AM to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Marjorie at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.).

Prayers of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11AM at THE FUNERAL HOME.

Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery.
