Mary L. Shilling

Mary L. (Boyle) Shilling, 87, of Mayfield Heights, passed away Nov. 1, 2012, at Geauga Medical Center in Chardon. Born Dec. 16, 1924, in Akron, Mrs. Shilling had been a restaurant manager at Landerhaven Golf Course in Mayfield Heights.

Mary was a loving and caring person with a great sense of humor. Survivors are her son, John A. (Audrey) of Auburn; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Wayne.

Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at DeJohn Funeral Home and Crematory of Chardon (formerly Ritondaro), 126 South St. (Route 44, south of Route 6/Chardon Square). Cremation will follow by DeJohn Crematory. Private inurnment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
