Michael was born on June 29, 1949 and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 2, 2022. He was born and raised in Cleveland and graduated from Cathedral Latin in 1967. Mickey was a proud US Army Vietnam Conflict Veteran and a dedicated warehouseman for many years at Fisher Foods. He loved anything sports and was a great hockey player. Mickey coached many of his daughter’s softball teams as well as the Mentor Recreational Hockey Wee Pee League. He was a true die-hard Cleveland fan and watched almost all the Browns, Cavs and Indians/Guardians games. But most of all, he was his grandchildren’s biggest fan. He made it to almost all of their games and performances. Mickey had a blast at the blackjack tables and loved being at the beach. He lived life to the fullest and knew how to make people smile. His long chit chats with his daughters, time spent in the yard picking up leaves and being around family, gave Mickey the most joy. Mickey had a great sense of humor and will be remembered most as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose faith guided him in all that he did. He will forever be missed.
