Michael Sabol

MICHAEL SABOL, SR., age 93; beloved husband for 70 years of Rita F. (nee Schmidt); loving father of Michael, Jr. (wife Susan), twins Dennis P. (wife Laura) and Donald P. (wife Celeste); devoted grandfather of Michelle Donnelly (husband Tom), Scott, Shannon Baker (husband Dennis), Steven (wife Kristy) and great-grandfather of Sean, Connor, Vivian, Reed and Stella; dearest brother of Vera Belevic, Joseph Brzowski (wife Helen) and the late Ann Philip; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Mr. Sabol was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. He was a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 45 years, previously residing in East Cleveland. He was a parishioner of St. Paschal Baylon, also for 45 years. Mr. Sabol was employed in general maintenance at Royal Brass. He was very mechanically inclined, a Mr. Fix It. His family remembers him as never worrying about anything, a great provider and a family man. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Mike’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital P.O. Box 1893 Memphis, Tennessee 38101.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at St Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Burial following with Military Honors at Knollwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Mike at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on SATURDAY MORNING from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
